Stamp duty, registration charges and service taxes or any
other charges and taxes if levied by any Government or its
body shall be borne by purchaser / buyer / legal possession
holder.
Legal charges, AMC / AUDA charges, Torrent Power charges
including cable and substation cost shall be borne by
purchaser / buyer / legal possession holder.
In case of any other incidental changes in the charges by
the concerned authorities, the same shall be payable by the
members.
The society & the project consultant reserve all rights to
make any change or changes in the scheme including technical
specifications, designs, planning layout and all the
allottee / purchaser / legal possession holder shall abide
by such changes.
Changes and alterations of any nature including the
elevations, exterior color scheme of the project or any
other changes affecting the overall design concept and
outlook of the scheme done by any member / allottee /
purchaser / legal possession holder are not permitted during
or after completion of the scheme.
Maintenance charges shall be borne by the member / allottee
/ purchaser / legal possession holder as an when require.
Provisions have been made for signage, name plates of
officers, installation of AC units and other amenities.
Members shall have to abide by the rules and no other
signage, boards, name plates shall be permuted on any part
of the building on the exterior or interior common passage
side of the building.
All common areas, passages, staircase etc cannot be used by
the members for placing any materials or goods.
All rights to terrace units, any additional F.S.I. which may
be available in the future, any un-allotted area in the
basement or display-signage spaces shall be reserved with
the project developers.
All dispute matters are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction
only.
