- The proposed member is requested to fill up a simple
membership application form regarding the unit he/she
intends to purchase which is available at our corporate
office.
- The earnest / booking amount is 10% of the total
value of the unit intended to be purchased, the
remaining amount is bound to be paid as per the terms
and conditions finalized at the time of booking.
- The allotment letter is issued in accordance with
the prevailing Government Rules and Regulations of stamp
duty and registration charges.
- The Possession Letter, The Share Certificates etc
are issued on completion of final payments in accordance
of the terms and conditions finalized at the time of
booking
